Hi, I'm Nick, the founder of Roster Life.
For more than 25 years I've worked in the Western Australian mining industry, living the FIFO and shift work lifestyle alongside thousands of hardworking Australians. I've experienced the early flights, the long swings, the missed birthdays, the night shifts, and the sacrifices that come with helping keep Australia running.
Over the years, I realised something was missing. There wasn't a brand that truly represented the pride, resilience, and identity of the people who live by the roster, not the calendar.
So, from my hometown of Bunbury, I decided to build one.
Roster Life isn't just an apparel brand. It's a community built for the people who make sacrifices every day to provide for their families, support our communities, and keep Western Australia moving while much of the world sleeps.
After 25 years in mining, this is my way of saying thank you to the people who make those same sacrifices every day.
